As a teacher in the Public Education System, Katrina began her own yoga practice in 1998 with the goal of improving physical and mental health. Since then, Katrina has completed over 450 hours of specialized, formal yoga teacher training and taught over 4000 hours of classes and workshops for all ages and all abilities. Classes focus on slowing down. Taking time for correct alignment and modifying poses to fit each yogi freeing you to reconnect to your breath. Overall health, wellness and vitality are central themes in every class.
A self confessed anatomy geek, Katrina combines her teaching experience, keen understanding of learning styles and fitness expertise to guide students of all levels to achieve their potential.
