Under the advisement of the Ministry of Health, ongoing efforts are necessary to reduce the spread of Covid-19. The new guidelines listed below, demonstrate a commitment to minimizing risk and protecting all yogis during every Yoga experience.
Preparing For Your Yoga-To-Go Appointment
- ALL Yoga-To-Go appointments will take place in an outdoor space large enough to accommodate social distancing where appropriate.(garden, patio, deck, dock, etc.) and must be accessible from outside (ie: instructor doesn't need to walk through residence.)
- 6 feet (2 metres) between mats is required; between instructor and yogis AND between yogis from different households. Mats need to be in place when instructor arrives.
- Yogis remain on own mats throughout the appointment.
- There is a maximum of 4 yogis + instructor per appointment.
- All participants are well and have no Covid-19 symptoms (fever, headache, cough, etc).
- No one in the group has traveled outside of Canada in the 2 weeks prior to the appointment.
Instructor Responsibilities
- Will arrive 15 minutes early to see the space and confirm above criteria are met.
- Will wear a mask upon arrival and departure. Mask will be removed for instruction and instructor will remain on own mat throughout the appointment and will remain outside at all times.
- Is well and has no Covid-19 symptoms.
- Has not traveled outside of Canada in the 2 weeks prior to the appointment.
Cancellation Policy
- Client(s) may cancel up to 48 hours before appointment for a FULL refund.
- In the event of inclement weather, the appointment may be rescheduled within 48 hours to a new date within 2 weeks of original appointment.
- If upon arrival, any criteria are not met, the appointment will be canceled.
Keeping every yogi safe is of utmost importance. These guidelines have been compiled from the resources of the Canadian Ministry of Health, the CDC, and WHO. Let's do our part to keep everyone healthy and enjoy each other's company as we come together to Yoga once again.
Namaste,
Yogina Katrina
